We recommend contacting us as early as possible and prior to signing the contract for your new property.

We guarantee reviewing the proposed contract terms for you within 4 hours of us receiving the contract so that we can help you avoid common issues that may delay or affect your purchase. Once you've signed your contract, you can forward the contract to us so that your dedicated conveyancer can get started.

Sometimes your circumstances change and you need a hand to amend a contract, seek extensions of time or to exit the contract. As a division of Matthew James Isaac Lawyers, we have direct access to experienced lawyers who will quickly and reliably manage this aspects with you.

mortgage discharge
If you have an existing mortgage loan that you need clear as part of the property transaction it is important that you contact your Bank as soon as possible and generally at least 14 days prior to settlement, to complete and lodge the relevant Mortgage Discharge Request Form. We manage settlement for you and have direct access to communicate with your financiers, the buyer's solicitor, the Titles office to ensure your settlement is completed with precision and efficiently.

Our professional fees are fixed at $595.00 + GST, searches and PEXA fee of $132.95.
