Please check your responses carefully as we will provide our advice based on the information you provide us. If you experience any difficulties or delays, contact us to avoid settlement being delayed, and any potential breach for not being ready for settlement.
The purpose of these next steps is to make sure that we obtain clear directions and authority from you concerning the settlement of your new property. If you have given authority to any other person to provide us with instructions on your behalf or that authority is withdrawn, it is important that you immediately contact us via email: homeconveyancing@mjilawyers.com or m.0435 107 695.

It is important that you are available to provide us with the necessary information to avoid any delays with settlement. Please let us know if you are planning any leave during the settlement period so that we can work with you.

Our Cyber security alert has been prepared to help prevent any authorised transactions or errors during the settlement process. We will never ask you to make a payment via a SMS / Text message and we always recommend that you contact us via telephone to confirm banking details prior to making any payments in relation to your transaction. We will also not transfer money out of our practice until you are able to verify any funds transfer information by a voice call to confirm the details (by reading out and reading back the account and BSB numbers or other specific payment details where applicable, e.g. if not a bank account). It is important that you are available for us to confirm that information with you to avoid any delays.
